First calibration help

Hello,
I just finished assembling my new Prusa i3 MK3, and completed the first guided calibration.
I tried to print two models already present on the SD card to verify that I had calibrated the printer correctly.
The models are: Batman logo and Buddy the dog.
Here are some photos of the two prints:

The models came very well, but I noticed some small imperfections.
The top of Buddy's head (where the print ends) is not perfect. Also some edges of the Batman logo (also visible in the base of a Buddy's foot).
Is this normal or can I improve the calibration to get a perfect print?
Do you have any advice on this? Can you help me?

Thank you very much!

Re: First calibration help

You could try variable layer height for the very top few layers
