First Benchy - Something is wrong and I dont know what ( Layer shift?)
Hello, I used to have an ander 3 for a year and half and recently Assembled my new Prusa MK3S.
This thing is a ferrari compared to my ender 3, but I still have a small issue and I dont know where it comes from.
My first prints were the Prusa Logo and whistle on the SD card ( I did the logo to check 1st layer and it was perfect).
Afterwards I printed something for my boss that I made myself in fusion 360 and there was is this huge (I think ) Layer shift?
So the next day I decided to print Benchy and see how it comes out.
Personally, it came out good, but I noticed some strange layer shifts(I think).
I have to print some big projects soon and I'm afraid these layer shifts will get worse, the bigger the print is.
I would appreciate any advice ! Thank you all

Those prints look weird, but it does not look like a typical layer shift to me. Is the benchy printed from the Gcode on the SD card supplied by prusa? If so, the first thing I would check is belt tension and the correct fit of the pulleys on the motor shaft on the X&Y axes.

Rotationally badly positioned set screws on motor drive pulley.
1st set screw probably did not fully engage flat portion of shaft and drive pulley is working loose during rotations.
Loosen BOTH set screws. Get 1st one perfect engaged on shaft flat. It must be perpendicular to flat when tightened. Then tighten 2nd set screw.
