Filament not coming out properly
Hello, since yesterday my MK3 doesn't want to extrude my Prusa PLA filament properly.
I've tried many things to fix that. I've done the whole XYZ recalibration, and also tried to clean the nozzle in different ways, like warm it up to 280°C and wait 10 minutes, some filament went out great. If I just preheat with PLA settings I can push the filament and it goes out.
I even changed the nozzle with the original one I used only the 1st week I got the printer, but it still does that.
The filament looks okay, and it's the Prusa PLA so I guess it shouldn't react wrong, I've even made successfully a 2 days print last weekend.
The only main change is that last week the big print was in 0.2 layer height and now I'm trying to print something in 0.05. But I don't think that's the problem since even the "First layer calibration" does that with the filament.
Has anyone an idea? Maybe it's something with the whole extruder? I hope not 🙁
Thank you!
Re: Filament not coming out properly
005 is always tricky.
Try to print 010 first.
If it is all right, then try to 005 BUT:
Slow down to 50% off speed, calibrate first layer in a beginning of your print VERY precisely

Re: Filament not coming out properly
Okay I can't really say exactly why, but I've just changed of filament type, I put my Orange Prusa PET so I have a color difference, and it came out perfectly.
Now everything is okay. Strange but at least that now works again
