The extruder stepper motor is not stepping.  Check the motor cable is plugged into the Einsy correctly.

Look closely at the video - it's just jittering between two positions.

Are you sure that grub screw is not causing it?  Either way, contact support and share the video.

I see no video - I only get sound. So - opened it in VLC - surprise - there is video.

I concur with Diem, looks like the stepper is miswired or not fully plugged in.
