Extruder on backwards
I just got to the end of the assembly and realized that the extruder is on the wrong direction.
Do I have any hope to swap it around the other way without completely disconnecting all the cables from the board and removing all of the zip ties? Here are a couple pictures

I'd disconnect the cables from the einsy, drop the Z motors to the table and remove the top mounts, undo your POM nuts from the X carriage then lift the X carriage up as far as it will go and also lift the printer enough so the Z Axis screws come out of the X carriage. Then disconnect the X belt (maybe do this first), take the X carriage apart and turn the extruder round and reassemble.
Normal people believe that if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Engineers believe that if it ain’t broke, it doesn’t have enough features yet.

Are you sure about your proposed method ?
I would also really like to not open all the cables and the extruder.

I expect that most, if not all, Prusa users hate that part of the printer design where any plugging/unplugging or component swap in the extruder needs to undo the textile sleeve, cut the zip ties, open the Einsy case, remove the cables pass them through the hole of the X-carriage back and then, once the component(s) are replaced. redo backwards the whole process again. That’s tiresome and annoying. Prusa must reconsider a totally different approach in the next iteration of their printers.
I’m sure that the XL is way better in this sense and I hope that a future MK4 will be far easier to upgrade and maintain than the MK3/S/+.
Unfortunately, right now nobody is gonna give you a solution for the miraculous 5 minutes fix. Sorry, what has to be done, the sooner the better,.
