End piece of first layer calibration looks odd after MK3 to MK3S. Belt Tensioning issue?
Some time ago I upgraded my MK3 to MK3S and noticed that my first layer calibration does not look good (not for the Z height, but for the X axis). Overall I experienced that my prints became worse after the upgrade. (I do not blame Prusa or MK3S, I simply assume that I re-assembled something worse than I did before 🙂 )
Now unfortunately I did not start gathering the first layer calibration pieces from my previous steps that's why I cannot compare the results.
Attached is a first layer calibration piece. Notice that the surface is not smooth but again I can't remember whether the first ones looked the same.
What disturbs me more is the imprecision on the left edges. Now during a print there will be a perimeter there that might obscure or remove this pattern but I asked myself whether this is a sign of something that I did not assemble very well. I am aware that this is not a X/Y calibration model, I am just curious whether first layer cal looks similar for all of us.
Any hints on that are appreciated 🙂

Looks like over extrusion (Live-Z a bit low). And, the left side jaggedness indicate that part of the bed has a fingerprint.

Oils on rail etc, maintenance?
Do a calibration of z-axis
Pid calibration with 210 temp.
Clean bed. This is very important for a 3d printer!!!!
z-layer a little higher, and try again, and higher again en test again, this is also very important!!!, try higher or lower, different filament.

Hello
I had the same issue after updating to last firmware version whereas it was fine on previous version.
I 've started to set the Z higher which did not help a lot, then dissemblable my bed and I finally set the value I had before updating the firmware
With this value the first layer of my Prints are perfect whereas the end piece of the calibration is like yours.
It may be a "bug" on the Z calibration introduce by last firmware , hope the support will investigate
