Dimensional accuracy requirement of Prusa printed parts?
Hi,
I'm building my MK3 kit with the updated MK3S extruder. The parts I printed (ABS, 0.1mm layer height) turn out the be roughly 1% larger than expected.
And the holes seem to be a bit too tight to easily slip the nuts into.
1. Is 1% too large of a tolerance to successfully build the extruder head or should it work?
2. if I do shrink the model and print it, is there a way to not make it even hard to insert nuts into the slots?
Thanks

I definitely would not shrink the model. Some dimensions are critical, like the spacing between the X-axis bars and the dimensions for the E3D Hot End. if these critical dimensions are printed wrong, the assembly is not going to work correctly.
If your parts are too "fat" you can put them on a diet by reducing the Extrusion Multiplier (or by changing the Filament Diameter, for example if your filament is thicker than 1.75mm).
