Benchy warping and stringy

I have assembled my new MK3S kit, and apart from a couple issues have been liking it.

The first issue is all my prints are very stringy, and have little globs were the nozzle stops extruding or z-hops.

I am using the include gcode files off the sd card and the include silver PLA. I am a bit surprised at the nozzle temp of 215 C. Seems hot. I always printed around 190 with hatchbox PLA on my old printer, and seemed to have way less stringing.

I will do some testing with different nozzle temps, but am curious if anyone else has any ideas.

The second, and more annoying issue is the 3DDenchy Model keeps warping off the print surface. The print warps off the build plate at the rear and a bit at the front.

I am using some isopropyl to wipe my bed every time. Tried adjusting my Z all the way down till is squished the first layer, all the way up to were the letter perimeters would not stick down. I am positive it is not a first layer height issue.

I tried printing the first few layers at 50% speed.
I have tried a 70 C bed temp for the first layer.
Still warping.

I have never once had PLA warp up on my old printer (heated bed, Buildtak surface). So I am pretty frustrated this is happening on a printer that cost 3 times as much. In all fairness, I have never printed a Benchy on that other printer.

Any advice on keeping it stuck or preventing warping?
