Bed leveling print issues

Hi,

I recently put together and ran the bed leveling print multiple times without issue tweaking and calibrating getting it near perfect.. until it no longer was.  The issue is the corner of the print are leaving a small hard lip that lift off the smooth plate

Mainly I was adjusting the live z and changing the front/rear/side via manual adjustments in the settings.  I went back to my previous setting and it didn't matter.  I've now since adjusted the belts, tightened everything, cleaned the nozzle, etc... doesn't matter.  Thoroughly cleaned the smooth plate multiple times, nothing.

This is using Prusa's silver PLA based filament.

Any ideas?  It seems almost as if the extruder when it travels to the right creates the lifts when preparing to move up and not down.  Makes me wonder if there is something loose that's causing this somewhere.

RE: Bed leveling print issues

Is that the smooth plate, looks textured in the photo?

Try giving the bed a really good clean, try IPA 99.9% while cold.  If that fails try with dish soap dawn/fairy and rinse with lots of hot water, dry immediately and put on the bed and heat to dry completely to stop it rusting.

I am using the smooth pei sheet with PLA and the adhesion with the same PLA is superb, however if not completely clean it gave me the same results.

Tank you very much!
