Bad accuracy on x-axis
Since I updated from Mk3 to MK3s I get the following problem: all parts are too small in x-direction.
If I print a 50x50 calibration angle, the printed part will have dimensions of 49.9 on y and 49.6 on x-axis. The printed part looks fine, no skipping is visible.
I already swapped the motor and the gear, but I still get exactly the same dimensions.
This low level of accuracy is quite shocking. Can you give me any support in finding the problem?

do a factory reset with data clear and then a full recalibration and see if that helps the problem

XYZ calibration is all that is needed, or tighten the X belt back to what it was before the "update" ...

Thanks for the fast answers - I am really really positively surprised by this community ;).
However, it did not help. I did a factory reset with erase all data. Then did a selftest and a xyz calibration. Also corrected for the wrong filament diameter (which was more 1.7 than 1.75). Still x-axis is off by the same amount like before.
From my understanding wrong x-spacing should be detected out during the xy-calibration. Is there any way to read out the steps between the measuring spots during xy-calibration?

Somewhere in the menus the printer shows X and Y values.
Those white dots on the heat bed have metal in them the printer uses to determine X and Y step multipliers. Did you do anything to the bed? Replace it, bend it to put the new Y belt tensioner on? Add new non-stainless screws anywhere?
If the PINDA isn't perpendicular, it might have some odd sensitivity pattern that is creating an error... but that's reaching.
And the only other odd thing might be a ding on the X-rods that is causing a stall every time the extruder passes over it. You could test for this by slicing the part on to a corner of the bed and verify the size issue consistent, or not.
