B6 downloadable parts

Week 13 buyer here! I just received my printer, thank you!

I wanted to print my own ("orange" equivalent) parts as purple PETG, I already have another printer and I have been using that to print out.

I noticed that the printable parts are labeled as R2 on the downloads page...
https://www.prusa3d.com/prusa-i3-printable-parts/

The parts I received were B6 and I noticed that the B6 parts were a lot easier to insert nuts and bearings (specifically the X axis) into.
Is there a place I can download the B6 parts? I can't even insert the bearings on the X-axis assembly without having to modify the STL. I measured the holes where you insert the bearings for example, on B6 it measures about 14.5mm, and my R2 X-motor pieces measure as 14.05mm :/

Thank you!

It could be you need to turn your extrusion multiplier down slightly. The bearing wholes should not be reamed but the other ones should be. The trick to inserting the bearings in the x-ends is to cut the print support at the top of the bearing holder and gently prise the gap open whilst inserting the bearings.

Also the nut pockets on the x-ends are wrongly sized. See my replacement for those two parts.

The key thing is the extrusion multiplier and after printing ream all the wholes out with the appropriate size drill.

Re: B6 downloadable parts

Thank you guys for the help! I finally got the printer assembled this past weekend, and I still had to use a mixture of the black B6 parts that the printer shipped with.

Still bummed that I couldn't get the X motor and X idler parts to work because the bearings wouldn't fit. I printed the purple parts two times with their recommended settings using 20% infill, grid.

Here is a video I shot of myself with the printed parts as of 5/26/18 (video unlisted)
