Axis Misalignment

Hi,
Just finished building my MK3 but I'm having some problems.
It wont pass the selftest.
It fails at the x-axis. At first it passed the x-axis but failed the y-axis (the y-axis belt was too loose) but now it fails the x-axis all the time.
Also if I try to calibrate the axis it fails on z-axis calibration. It bottoms out at the top of the frame, asks me to remove my steel sheet, descends to the bottom (not catching the paper) but tells me it has failed.
I followed the troubleshooting guide and found that the PINDA probe does not align properly when auto-home is used.
This apparently means the axis is misaligned.
How do I fix this? Will I have to take the printer apart again or is there some other way?
It's taken me three days to get to this point so I'm hoping there is an alternative to deconstructing it.

Re: Axis Misalignment

I don't think you will have to take it apart again. go in steps, is the X calibration clicking?

I have a Prusa,therefore I research.

No, it isn't clicking. But it is visibly reaching each end of the frame.
