Assembled my printer, getting Axis length errors, tried everything

Hei good folks! So finally assembled my Prusa mk3s+, nothing is working, went trough the self help wizard, and it fails at both x and y axis length, sometimes it passes the x test, never the y, tried tensioning and loosening belts, nothing works. Also tried xyz calibration, it failed, just says look at manual. This was not what I was expecting getting a Prusa, this was gonna be a hobby of time, was looking forward to it. Looks like its completely broken somehow 🙁 help

So i solved the x axis problem, however the y axis still fails, I fixed the x axis buy cutting some cable ties that was interfering with the movement, can't see any interference with the y axis though...

First check that the grub screws on the Y axis are snug and the drive pulley doesn't turn.  With the printer turned off (it is easier) push the build plate all the way to the back of the printer.  Then turn on the printer and using the menu, move the Y axis motor all the way to the front and see what the reading is.  On mine I get 212.

When the printer is all the way back, the one bearing should be touching the back mount.  When it is all the way forward, it should be touching the front mount.

Log into your Eshop account, navigate to Company, click Contact Us and 24/7 live Chat is one of the options. This is the quickest route to Prusa support.

Cheerio,
