Good morning everyone, sorry to trouble you but I am new to the Prusa way, I just bought a PRUSA MK3S+ printer with REVO kit, it always worked fine until I upgraded the firmware I encountered THERMAL ANOMALY problems after upgrading firmware 3.12 to 3.14, later I installed 3.13 but seeing that the problems continued to be there I downloaded 3.12 which however still shows the thermal anomaly lock a few times.In particular I noticed that it freezes when I preheat PET to thread the filament and during printing it gives me impacts that do not exist.The steps I have done are, update the firmware then do the thermal model calibration and PID but still during printing it recognizes Crash and if I turn the printer off and on again the thermal anomaly comes back as if it didn't store it (only in 3.12 in the others it always freezes, even right after the thermal model calibration). I think I'm doing it wrong since it was working perfectly before, can anyone give me some advice or useful links?
