Fillamentum Flex 98A

Hi, it's impossible to print this filament, even if use default profile. Has anyone got it?

RE:

It's my go-to flex filament.  It must be completely dry or it will string horribly.

I use the smooth print-sheet with a thin wash of PVA, or use one swipe of gluestick spread with a wet tissue.

Reduce the extruder idler pressure to the absolute minimum, if the pressure is too high it will wrap around the Bondtech gear.

I use the default settings but usually I slow the print even more, especially for small/narrow parts.

Thanks Diem, but I'm not satisfied at all (pic 1). pic 1

I printed this filament by old and cheapest chinese printers and this is the result (pic 4).

On the same chinese printer I printed other TPU filaments obtaining this (pic 2) that I repute PERFECT.

I'm going fool...

I rarely print figures and never with flex but my first thought is print slower, flex will always try to evade pressure.

RE:

If it is like my Spectrum Flex printed in Europe, it needs to be printed in cool room temperature, with open door of the enclosure (and open sides, if possible), with slow speed and reduced gear pressure. Then it works just fine.

I try to give answers to the best of my ability, but I am not a 3D printing pro by any means, and anything you do you do at your own risk. BTW: I have no food for…
