Bad Bed Adhesion
Hello All,
I am having trouble with printing multiple objects at once as the edges will peel off after around the 5th layer causing the print to fail more often than not or at the best making a dodgy print at the end. Can I please have some suggestions as to fixing this.
Thanks in advance.
RE: Bad Bed Adhesion
when making reports it is useful to identify what material is being used, and what profile is being used.
In this case I am guessing PLA and perhaps Generic PLA settings.
The textured sheet needs to be really clean for PLA to bond to it. and I find that my printer build plate works better at an indicated 70C, for PLA.
I use hot water and dish soap, rub in well with a CLEAN NEW dish sponge, rinse well with hot water and dry immediately with clean paper towels
Keep your fingers off the build plate surface. finger prints stop filament adhesion....

Thankyou so much,
as I’m sure you’ve guessed I’m very new to this and I’ll be sure to include that info in future.
I’ll give that a go and let you know how it works Thankyou again for helping me out 🙂

the easiest way to pass on all of the information relating to a model, is to save the model as a Project file, from Prusa Slicer then Zip compress the model project file, and attach the zipped project file to the post.
like this
