Will I be able to upgrade only to 3.5, then later to Nextruder and eventually to full MK4?

I have a MK3S with MMU3 and have order the MK39 upgrade kit without noticing that the MK39/MMU3 was not announced.
I am happy to read that the MK39/MMU3 is now announced.
Does my kit include every I need or will I miss some parts? Is there a special installation manual for user like me who are using the MMU3?
