Z axis won't line up
I wonder if my inability to get past the clean nozzle failure is due to my left and right z axis never leveling during z axis calibration.
The left z lead screw is several millimeters lower than the right lead screw and even if I adjust it manually, never stays level.
I've verified that the trapezoidal nuts aren't binding and that the lead screws are properly aligned.
One thing I did notice though is that the right z stepper motor is noticeably hotter than the left z stepper motor.
Could it be that the left stepper motor isn't receiving a strong enough signal from the Buddy board? Is that adjustable?

I've been on chat with Prusa tech support for about two hours. The problem turned out to be a faulty left z stepper motor. The left z stepper works great during large z movement changes, but just sits and stutters doing fractional motor rotation.
Prusa is sending me a replacement left z stepper motor.
