My MK3.9 Has Problems That Have Not Been Fixed By Prusa's LiveChat Folks
I received the MK3 to MK3.9 upgrade kit on 10/23/2023 and started the update that evening. I finished the upgrade MK3.9 kit on 10/30/2023 and it has not run at all like the original MK3S+ printer did. I contacted their service group, online, on 10/30/2023 telling them I was having problems with the system. Since that date, and over 5 more contacts with their service group, the printer still does not work at all. The problem appears to be with the xBuddy board but Prusa has not said they would replace it. Every time I contact them they ask me to do the same thing over and over again. Guess they will never give you replacements for the bad parts that came with your kit. They have looked at this video and still haven't offered a xBuddy board replacement. The wifi also does not work nor does the nozzle heat up. Here is the video:
What do you folks thank is the problem with not getting help from Prusa? I could also post all of the LiveChat conversations I had and NEVER had a request from them to replace the xBuddy board.

That is the new self calibration behavior. My wife really loved it. As for your Y axis failure. I took a small file and made sure that nothing was pinned at the end of each Y axis smooth rod and then I moved my bearing inward just a hair until it passed. My problem was then the Z-axis but I figured that out too eventually.
Now my MMU2S on one of my old MK3S units is acting nuts after updating all the firmware this morning. Sometimes I feel like all we did when we replaced manual labor was replace it with troubleshooting when we stopped making things by hand!
Your electronics seem to be working OK. Check the hotend connections, they might be loose or dirty.
Cheerio,

Cheerio,
This is still what's going on with contacts to Prusa:

Because it's clearly working...

Check your connections, check your settings.

Check your connections,

Diem,
You are clearly misunderstanding what is going on.
1) Because it's clearly working... No here is the correct thing that should g=have been written: Because it's clearly NOT working...
2) Check your connections, check your settings. All of that has been done - Connections are OK but devices are not working. The xBuddy board is bad
3) Check your connections, like I said above - All have been inspected.
Cheerio

The video you posted is the expected behavior for the MK3.9 calibration. You are failing the Y but the banging in the X and Y axis are normal.
I would unplug the black cable connecting the hotend to the Loveboard and check to make sure it has pins in it. Skip calibration and tell the printer to preheat as well and see if it heats up but watch it to make sure you don't get thermal runaway. If the temp sensor isn't working for some reason then that is a risk.
If you skip calibration can you then enable wi-fi?
Make sure you follow these directions:

PRUSA finally decided to send me a xBuddy board and I received it today.
I removed and replaced the old board and now the MK3.9 works GREAT.
