First Layer calibration gaps only in center of bed
Hi Guys - Thanks for looking. I have an issue with gaps on the first later only in the center of the bed. This happened on one of my other Prusa MK3s printers but I was able to fix it.
- I loosened the bed bolts, tightened the bolts X-pattern - starting with corners, then sides, top, bottom, and the enter last, recalibrated - and the gaps were no longer there.
Now the same thing is happening on another printer (I have 4 PRUSA MK3S - they all work great) - but now this one is now giving me gaps in the first layer (see attached pic) ONLY in the center. I did the same thing mentioned above, adjust bolts, calibrated with the 3x3 pattern, wizard - first layer Z and have proper temps and adhesion, I even used bed weld just to make sure - all the calibration squares are absolutely perfect except for the center and left of center (see pic).
Is my center bolt too tight? Any ideas? This is driving me nuts. These things work awesome, but after awhile I understand things get out of spec.
Thanks for your help

- I forgot one critical step heating the bed to 100°C before readjusting the screws. This time I heated the bed to 100°C unscrewed all screws retightened the corners in an X pattern then sides then top then bottom and last center I also adjusted my PINDA to make sure it was about 1 mm higher than the nozzle tip - recalibrated my first layer Z index and it is absolutely perfect now. Hopefully this will help others through search for this issue
