Calibration problem after XYZ
Hello everyone. For the start. This is not the first printer that I assembled, 14 from this batch already working without problem.
I have a problem during XYZ calibration. It is going smooth and well but after finding 4 points, when system asks to put a sheet on the heatbed the head goes without delay down into the heatbed.

Uploaded the video.
More information - on others printers after finding 4 points, head goes up for about 10 cm. This specific printer RAISES head just for a few mm. I could raise the head to the top using control knob, no stuck, no problem with hands too.
What was already done.
- Many times flashed the latest new firmware, resetting bios to full reset.
- Tried to change Pinda from working printer. No luck.
- Support asked to lower Pinda and using credit card. Raised it, lowered it, changed, rotated it countless times.
- Rebuilt the whole head once (not sure why, just out of frustration).
- Pinda is correctly blinking in the presence of the steel near the tip (and we tried a new one Pinda).
What else I could do in this situation?

For those who will ever have the similar problem and find this post.
The solution.
We reprinted the motor holders and rod tops and made them more tight (eliminated small play), washed black nuts on top of carriage just in case and everything worked as intendent.
My guess that small rod play that went unnoticed in assembled printer was a culprit here.
