What filament are the printed parts made from? (Yeah - Again)

Ok ok, I realize this isn't the first thread on this topic. The wisdom I've been able to piece together is that (on the orange-and-black option printers) the orange parts are some custom ABS blend that's impossible to buy outside of Europe, and the black parts are some generic PETG. I've also researched that AIO Robotics' orange PLA is the closest match.

0 for 2. 1) AIO robotics isn't a great match. It's similar, but definitely darker. Nobody will probably notice if you're just printing accessories for the Mk2, but it just doesn't look as good. 2) The orange printed parts AREN'T ACTUALLY ALL THE SAME! At least not on my printer, anyway. The X carriage components that hold the Z rod bearings aren't the same plastic as all the other orange components, as I discovered. In good light, they look a bit duller, and that's because the other parts all have some fluorescent dye in them where the two carriage parts don't. Replicate my experiment by shining a UV (well, near-UV) flashlight or laser at them. Or just watch the video below. Unfortunately, since it's an extreme of exposure and since the camera has different short wavelength blue response to your eye, it's tricky to tell. But side by side you can at least see that the other parts react more brightly to the UV laser than the carriage parts.

So where can I get my hands on that bright fluorescent orange?! Is it the "Safety orange" in the Prusa shop? Is there anywhere to get it in the US without paying a 100% premium for shipping?

Can't help, but run up against similar desires to get just the right product.

Good luck and please report back once you find the correct product.

Now I want to know what the X axis block was made from!
