Thermal runaway from cheap thermistor?
I broke a lead on my extruder thermistor and had to replace it. I used a all in one stud style and now I'm getting thermal runaway when printing PLA. I have an original I realized from a broken heat bead.
How was it originally held in? I thought it was just a m3 screw but was it smaller or something special?

I have another extruder that looks like the thermistor is held in with white thermal paste?
