The free filament with a printer order.
Is the free filament added automatically for every printer order?
When I ordered my i3 Mk2 kit early this month the website did not allow me to choose the free filament. So it is just added automatically to the order?

I checked my order, expecting silver PLA. No mention on order.....
had a word with the helpdesk and...
the agent said they automatically add a Kilo of Silver...
so All is well.

When I ordered my printer (November 25th), you could choose the color. The choices were white, silver, and yellow (if I remember right). I ordered white (as confirmed in my order details).
The printer arrived today. The invoice says white filament but it's blue. 🙁
I already have a lot of blue filament but I'm out of white. I was counting on the white.
