Support timeframe

Anyone know how long it should take to hear from the support team on an issue? After having my MK2 for just a few days the bed heater connector to the main board over heated and melted. I chatted with them and they wanted some pictures and an email which I sent on Wed. I am trying to wait but after waiting a month for my printer and then only having it a few days i am anxious to get it up and running again.

Re: Support timeframe

Hey, it looks like a few of us are having similar issues with the heatbed power connector. Let me know how it works out for you or if you hear anything back.

Heard from them overnight. They suggest soldiering the wires to the back of the board as that is what they do to their builds.

Re: Support timeframe

That's probably what they will suggest to me since the connector on the RAMBO board is damaged.

Took about 10 minutes to take everything apart. About 10-15 min to soldier the wires on (did the extruder power also). about 45 minutes to put it all back together nice and pretty. And another hour probably to get it calibrated correctly.

Printing again right now. 🙂
