Stuck! Upgrade from i3 MK1 3mm version
I am trying to upgrade from MK1 which was never upgraded to 1.75mm. I assume this is the source of my issuse. I got as far as the extruder assembly and got stuck.
I'm stuck.
2 issues that are kind of a big deal.
1) 5. Extruder: STEP 12: 5x16 shaft - I don't have one.
2) 5. Extruder: STEP 16: I don't have a Fan nozzle.
I suspect I can live without a fan nozzle short term and may be able to make something to support the idler.
Can I have the missing pieces? I was told on live chat that I could upgrade my system to MK2 and maybe that was a stretch.
I'll soldier on and get the bed set up and the electronics and, if all goes well, do alignment (if I can) but a working extruder would be cool.

Update:
Apart from the print fan issues through not having already upgraded to 1.75mm previously, I was successful in building my new MK2.
I have past the calibration self tests and XYZ calibrations and as soon as I can print, I'll be golden.
Does anyone know if I can print without the print fan if I solve the 5x16 shaft problem?

Hi Robert,
You can print ABS without fan, but PLA might looks bad, maybe slowing down these print might help !
