Received broken printer
Hello.
My printer was received broken. I've reached out to support, through the website, but am not getting any responses on my problem.
What is the correct path for support?

Try to live chat with them on the webpage, or email. Remember they might be in a VERY different time zone than you so give them time to respond.

I submitted a request for support on the website, received a prompt reply, then no followup for over a week now.
I've tried multiple times to get a response, but nothing.
