Problem with the height of the Z axis that shifts too high at each layer

Hello, I have a problem with the Z axis of my printer Mk2s since the last update 3.1.0 final.
1st: I do the calibration according to the instructions. perfect.
2nd: I calibrate the first layer according to the instructions. the first layer is perfect at -0.225mm.
3rd: I launch an impression (the problem is the same with Slic3r, Simplify 3D, Prusa control, cura ...)
The printer calibrates the nozzle temperature, the bed temperature and calibrates the height of the bed. perfect. the print starts and the first layer is already offset, it is too high, I configure it live Z at -0.285mm and the first layer is perfect, the second layer, the Z axis goes too high and the second layer is too high, so on ... I would like some help to solve the problem please. I think that the Z-axis motors are not correct. there is not this problem with firmware 3.0.9. I wish it worked with last update. thank you very much

Check your setting for e-steps per mm.

Someone will correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the correct setting for the supplied leadscrews is 161.3.

Re: Problem with the height of the Z axis that shifts too high at each layer

Hi,

I looked it up myself and the setting for Z on the MK2S should be 400.

from pronterface when you are connected to your printer, type the command

M503

and send to printer

You should get a response like
>>>M503
SENDING:M503
echo:Steps per unit:
echo: M92 X100.00 Y100.00 Z400.00 E161.30

If Z is not 400 then type and send this command

M92 Z400

followed by M500 to save the settings. Do an M503 again to check Z is now 400.

In 3.0.9 M503= Z400.00 But in 3.1.0 M503=Z4000.00. I put M92 Z400.00 and save M500. And!.... No Z is to Low.. i don't understand

@morganti.e:
as I already mentioned inside the "first layer thread": I guess you've downloaded the wrong firmware version. if you've got a Z value of 4000 after flashing, then you've got the firmware for the MK1 model, not the MK2 !

dem inscheniör is' nix zu schwör...

Thank you for your answer but no there is no mistake ... I flash the firmware MK2 I still read ... 1_75mm_MK2-RAMBo13a-E3Dv6full.hex.
But I have no problem with version 3.0.7 which works well.

I made a small video that shows the problem of height with the Z axis is slow and rising too high
