Printing Failure, extruder makes a "clack" sound and layers become uneven

Hi,
My printer is NEW. I have already printed almost all the PRUSA content available in the SD card, but when i try to print the Vase or the Multi gear thing, the layers begin to fail once the first 10-20 layers are perfectly printed.

I try the v2 calibration and there i noticed that the extruder was failing. The "clack" sound was the extruder trying to extrude the filament (PLA) but i dont know why, the filament was not moving.

Then i removed the filament and heated the nozzle up to 220°C to clean it up. I tried the v2 calibration again and worked fine. But again, i tried a "Sonic the hedgehog" model from internet and when it reaches a certain height the layers begin to fail.

When i returned to the printer, 3h after, the extruder was making the "clack" sound and it was not extruding PLA, and the print was a mess.

PLA
Nozzle 215°C
Bed 60°C
I slowed the speed to 50% (prusa original configuration) [super slow]

Any solution?
