Printer starts to unload filament before print starts
My printer(i3 Mk2) suddenly starts to unload the filament right after the mesh leveling, just as it should start to prime. This seems to happen, only with the use of S3D, and it's more or less random. I have been printing for months with no problems, and suddenly last night it started to unload on prime.
I tried to slice my object and save on a new SD card, then it printed fine the first time, but the next print unloaded again? Then I sliced it with Slic3r, and it worked again..
Any possible explanations?
Re: Printer starts to unload filament before print starts
Using wrong printer profile? You made a change to the start GCode?
Print the pre-sliced Prusa logo from the SD card, just to confirm it is the slicing that's wrong.

Re: Printer starts to unload filament before print starts
I'm using the Profile from this forum, I've made no changes and I also checked the prime\start script, same as in the files that was shipped on the SD card. I've also been using this profile for a while, and this just happend out of nowhere?

When I come home I'll try to run a calibration and print the Prusa badge, to see if it fixes it. 😉
