PLA Object come off
Hi to everyone,
i have a problem to complete an object with PLA.
For very low object with good adhesion i haven't problem (prusa logo printed ok).
For object a little more tall, the object jumps off the bed (whistle, marvin).
I tried to use bed temperature 55 and 60 C.
Cleaned very well the surface with glass washer.
Used a big brim (about 10-12mm).
Turn off fan for the first 2 layers.
But the result is the same, the object comes off.
I attach here some photos for suggestions.
I think about a calibration problem or some sort of building problem (i built MK2 from KIT).
At the beginning i have no Z calibration problem, but today strange lines.
Re: PLA Object come off
Clean the bed with alcohol and use a brim.
Print with bed temp of 60 or 65 degrees.

Re: PLA Object come off
Hi, problem SOLVED.
It wasn't a temperature or cleaning problem.
It was a bad Z calibration & probe position.
The probe in certain conditions touched the object trowing it away, because of a bad Z live calibration.
I positioned the probe 0,2 mm higher and after that recalibrate Z to crush a little the PLA.
Now without the brim and without higher bed temperature the object finishes well.
Thanks a lot for your suggestions.
