On going bed leveling issue.

Well the new firmware made the issue worse. 3.0.5 my first layer was coming out pretty much normal just out by a slight bit which was an upgrade over previous versions. After updating to 3.0.6 it is a lot worse. I ran all the calibrations and everything said it was ok. I have measured and re-measured and checked for level and its all spot on, square you name it I have checked it. Right now and from the beginning the right side prints lower then the left. For instance the left side can be pretty much perfect and the right side is almost running into the bed. After calibration if i click the left z axis rod down twice or the right z axis rod up twice and it prints the first layer level and perfect. I am so stumped. I had zero problems with the original MK1 assembly and calibration. Frustrated beyond belief now. Usually I would figure I did something wrong but it appears others in a Original Prusa facebook group are having the same issue. After bouncing ideas off the knowledge base in that group I am approaching the forums. I am trying to not bug support as I know they are super busy with the roll out of this new product. I do appreciate the new firmware and how it made the machine calibration quieter lol.

I should add this has been an on going issue since I finished my upgrade a month ago. I have worked around it but playing with the z axis manually after calibration or by live adjusting z. It seems the new release has made my issue worse.

Ryan

I believe that this is something currently being looked into. I think a couple of printers with this issue may have been returned to PR.

For them to get more information, I do think it best that you drop support an email.

Okay I will do that right away. I was convinced for so long that I had missed something. Thanks.
