Noise. Hatch filling

I have a problem.
I left a print last night, this morning I saw that it was interrupted because the thread of the reel was intertwined.
Now I'm doing another print, it seems a lot more noisy, and the filament seems to be triggering creating the non-continuous effect you see in the picture.
When the edges work it seems to be going better ..
What can it be, what should I do?

Re: Noise. Hatch filling

If it jammed the night before you may have a bit of filament ground into the extruder gear. This could create a "dead" spot in your extruder drive and cause it to not feed when the clogged part of the gear comes around. Remove your filament and check the drive gear on the extruder. If its clogged you can clear it with a toothpick or small scratch awl.

Hope that helps,

Neal

forget it. when the same problem of hatching and uneven filament increases the speed and returns a very annoying noise. shit

at a certain moment, the nozzle moves, but no filament comes out
what happened?

Re: Noise. Hatch filling

Sorry the only ideas I have is an extruder problem of some type or a floating clog.

Wish I could offer more.
