New to slicer: Questions on Slic3r Prusa Edition
Hi,
My printer is shipping at the moment which is why im slowly preparing. I just downloaded the Slic3r Prusa Edition from the website, how ever im not sure whether I got the right version:
As you can see, Im missing the "Slice now"-button. Slic3r slices right after every change? Futher more, is it possible to see estimated print time and filament use anywhere?
Last, how do I make sure I have the right printer and filament settings imported?

Slice now button: check your preferences, you can disable "Background processing" then that button will appear and you'll have to slice manually instead of automatically after every change.
Settings: make sure to import the config bundle that came with the drivers.
I haven't seen estimated print time anywhere, but the latest Slic3r beta shows estimates for weight and cost of the printed part after exporting to GCode. https://github.com/prusa3d/Slic3r/releases
