Hi,
New to this and are wondering why the model outline appears on the bed after i have printed a model. It has just started doing it. Where the table is black.
The model outline shows up a light color. Please advise what i am doing wrong. The outline does not appear to have burnt in to the PEI sheet.

Re: Model leaving outline print on bed after printing

This is normal, and will fade with time. I believe (not positive) it is just the PEI sheet that has been kinda stretched as you removed the print. With heat on the bead, it will go away.

Any advices given are offered in good faith. It is your responsibility to ensure that by following my advice you do not suffer or cause injury, damage or loss. If you solve your problem, please post the solution…

Most of the time for me with PLA it goes away after I do a rub down with IA. I usually do one rub down after I finish printing, and usually another before I start a new print if it's been a while between prints.
