Looking for a guide or advice...please
Hi guys,
I'm sure this has been asked before but didn't see relevant results when searching for jam and couldn't find relevant videos on youtube.
Pretty sure I've got a jam, filament is feeding through initially then just starts tearing up the filament at the gear.
I've removed the nozzle and cleaned this to be sure but the jam is further up inside (in the heatsink I guess...)
Can anyone suggest a guide / video to resolving this?

I had a similar issue when a jam occurred and I was not there to stop the print. It jammed, stopped and cooled off and I could not get the filament to feed. I began with heating up the extruder to 250, used the acupuncture needle to clear the nozzle, increased the pressure on the feeder and loaded the filament. Make sure that you have a point on the end of the filament you load.
