Inaccurate baseline thermistor temperature

I recently put together 2 kits. Both work nicely, expect one of them seems to have some issue with the thermistor readings. It reads ~10 degrees C higher than the other (and my other printers). For example, in a reasonably cool basement after being powered off all day, turning it on reads 31-33 degrees C for the hot end and heated bed. They do heat and work as expected, but I would guess that they are running below the actual set temps if the baseline temps are off. It seems unlikely to be a wiring issue of thermistors themselves as it impacts both of them. Other possible issues? Supply voltage? Bad batch of reference resistors?

Re: Inaccurate baseline thermistor temperature

Hello Paul!

I have heard that the termistors are not so precise when measuring room temperature. Mine reads 27 degrees C when it is actually 22 degrees C.

So I don't think there is need to worry.
