How to safely stop a print when not printing from SD card?
How do I safely stop a print when I'm not printing from SD card?
When I "abort print" on Cura (3.0) configured for mk2, or hit reset button, or turn mk2 off at power source the printer automatically goes into mesh bed leveling after it's stopped or turned on again. This causes it to run the extruder into the failed print. I saw that a fairly recent Firmware update was supposed to fix this, but it's updated with latest 3.1.12 FIrmware and still having this problem.
Thanks for help, it's been baffling me.

You will need to go to a forum specific to Cura software to get software specific support.
Sounds like wrong/incorrect GCODE sent from your program to the printer.
If you use the Prusa software available on prusa3d.com you will not experience this issue.
