Question - Internal support ideas for long horizontal tube (removal of support, PETG)

Project includes a horizontal tube with an interior diameter of 5cm (1/2") and about 280mm (11") long(deep?).

Even on prototypes of 1/4 the length, removing the internal support is problematic. Printing in PETG since it will carry gasoline (petrol).

Ideas on how to support the interior of the tube as it is printed?

I have considered making the internal opening a triangle or a pentagon so it ends in a ^ top so it may not need support and though functional it would be nice to have a round cross section.

Thoughts?

Has anyone tried printing this filament on a Prusa XL without an enclosure?

I have not had any success printing medium to large objects with Sunlu Easy-PA Nylon, even though it is advertised as a low-warping filament. Every time the print reaches a certain height, I suspect it starts to warp, which causes an ‘Extruder Motor Not Spinning’ error to appear. I believe this happens because the warped print interferes with the nozzle, preventing proper extrusion.

I have recently been experiencing issues with prints on my Prusa Core One. Small details it used to handle just fine would come out broken. Keeping an eye on it, I noticed it appeared to be pushing bits down, bending details as it printed. As I was trying to troubleshoot this, I checked the belt tension. It turns out for my belts, the top belt resonates in the high 80's, while the lower one is set at the mid 70's. The manual tension setting told me this was far too low, and the gantry must be unaligned. The problem is, it isn't. Both sides sit perfectly flush. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi folks,

After completing the MK4S-to-Core One Plus conversion and reaching the (somewhat confusing) belt tensioning stage of the setup, I noticed that the lower belt has a visible twist when the extruder is at its home position.

I've already completed a number of prints on the machine, and there don't appear to be any obvious issues as a result. However, I wanted to check with the community to see whether anyone else has noticed this or experienced any problems related to it.

The twist is fairly minor—I'd estimate about a 30° corkscrew twist in the belt. It straightens out as the extruder moves toward the center of the X/Y travel. My assumption is that the belt may have developed some "memory" from the way it was packaged, but visually it doesn't seem to be causing any issues.

Has anyone seen this before? Do you think it's worth ordering a replacement belt, or is a small amount of twist like this considered normal?

Thanks for your time and any advice you can provide.
