Help: Fine calibrating with "bed level correct"

Well,

printing small parts is no problem, but with large parts I have problems. So I printed a rectangle with 14cm to 14cm and I can see, the distance between nozzle and the bed at the left/front point is super and the distance between the nozzle and the bed at the right/back point is way too large. (in my image 1 was good and 3 was crap)

Now I did:
- I saw: !!! Before you ask ... Troubleshooting VIDEO! and I checked my printer! Really !!!
- I made a complete new calibration, menu calibration/calibrate XYZ
- I changed in the menu the calibration/bed level correct
- left = 0
- right = -50
- front = 50
- back = -50

Now was much better, but not perfekt. So I thought, menu calibration/calibrate XYZ should correct it, but it did'nt.
What should I do? Washers under 2+4 and more washers unter 3 chould'nt be the solution ... or?

Re: Help: Fine calibrating with "bed level correct"

Using the G80 command, you can get upto +-100 micron adjustment:

M80 B-100

Lowers the nozzle by 100 microns at the rear (Back). F, L and R are the other options.

Funny question Peter, but why is there no centre option for the bed level correction, or even a 9 point would really be useful with the level correction process.

Hi Peter,
thanks for your answer, but I'm lost ❓ .

I'm using a mac ... and normally I really quit fond of using terminal-sessions of any kind...
but how could I open an terminal-session to the printer?

The center of the bed is adjusted with "Live Z Adjust" and should be set precisely. The edges are then set using the level correction, which is required due to the different inductances of the probing points. The heat bed is simply a coated PCB; the copper laid down can vary slightly in thickness across the PCB hence the small differences in probing inductances which require the level correction.

Note also that different temperatures cause different inductances, so the heated bed should be a working temp when probing.

Pronterface or similar (I use OctoPrint via a Pi) can be used to connect to the printer and issue the commands for testing and then that can be included in any start GCode created by the slicer.

Ok, I found it:
- download http://www.prusa3d.com/drivers/ driver-version
- extract zip-file
- start pronterface
