Help 2 - is it a PINDA thing
Hi all,
Following on from my original "Help" post I'm starting to wonder if my PINDA is on holidays, or something else.
I've attached a picture that kind of shows the problem that I'm having, but pretty difficult to get a reasonable picture of something so small.
I decided to go back to scratch and do the whole calibration thing over. Reset the PINDA, XYZ, Z calibrations and then tried the V2 Calibration before I tried the squares test. I'm using the Prusa silver PLA that came with the kit, same filament that I have had great success with till recently.
You can see in the pic (kind of) that the first run of the V2 calibration (on the right) starts out real well and basically the width of the white lines on the hot bed, I believe around 0.6mm. Then the nozzle looks like it lifts UP a little and all I get is a round bead of material. The print then continued to print this round bead, not sticking to hot bed at all, even when I lowered the Z axis. Very frustrating and again I'd appreciate any advice. The pic has a narrow focus band, just above the "O", ignore the out of focus parts top and bottom of the picture.
