Has anyone gotten a MK2.5 upgrade voucher yet?
If you got your MK2S recently and have received the voucher for the MK2.5 upgrade, please let me know. I'm right on the edge (I ordered mine 1 month before the MK3 announcement), so I don't want to bother Prusa support unless others are already getting theirs.

They started replying to may mails yesterday regarding my MK2S return.. And I noticed their "Chat" came back on line.. So I think they are making progress through their backlog.
The unfortunate thing about this situation is that they announced this at a big event, when Joseph and I would guess many of the senior staff were out of the office.. So they are inundated.
I suspect it will all start to happen pretty quickly once they get on top of the countless mails they have recieved.

As said on the "MK3 is coming" thread, I think they're working on an alternative for the upgrade (real MK3 upgrade?)... This is the only I can explain the delay.
Or I'm just dreaming

Probably dreaming, what are you going to do with a voucher when the upgrade isnt available yet? Its pretty simple really. When its available to ship, they'll send out vouchers.

Well, the upgrade page in the store says the vouchers would be sent by email no later than yesterday. Did anyone get one? I didn’t...

No vouchers were sent yesterday. Just spoke with support who said it is taking longer than expected to prepare the list for mailing. Apparently it will be sometime this week but no idea what day.

Magnetic MK52 Heatbed with powder coated PEI spring steel print sheet 12v
Bondtech extruder gears
Filament Sensor
P.I.N.D.A 2 with thermistor
Noctua fan 12v
200g EasyABS filament
if you're upgrading from MK2, you will NOT get MK2S parts like u-bolts and new rods/bearings, you have to get them separately.
G-code files to print on your MK2/S will be available prior to the release in Prusa i3 printable parts

Go to the online store, log in and check if the discount is available for you. Some of us didn't get a voucher, but it's already available in the online shop.
