@daniel.d5 It took me a long to to see where the support for the kit built Genuine Prusa I3 Mk2 is. It is via chat with Prusa Research and people here on the Forum. I disputed some advice in the past, but overall it is very good. Always check connections, are they the right way round and at the correct plugin point? Perhaps a photo of your Rambo board will help?

Dear all,

I got a mail from the support on 15.12.2016 at around 17:00 , we exchanged a couple of mails in which they apologized and we came to a conclusion:

How unlikely it might sound, in this particular case both fans were dead at the same time!
The same day they sent me with express curier
- 4 fans,
- a new probe (they really read the forums)
- and gummy bears!

I just tested the printer, both new fans are spinning, this topic can be closed.

Thank you and I'd like to apologize as well for losing my patience.

Hi Daniel

Great news, and as you say, both fans being faulty is rather surprising, but it can obviously happen.

Very important to see how they handled things. Sure you got frustrated, but once the poo hit the fan... Did they deal with it?

Even sent gummy bears. Hmmm.. Really read your posts apparently. I think I will buy this printer. My use won't be so hugely time sensitive.
