Filament not pulling through
Hi,
I'm 100% a newbie to 3D printing; I bought the i3 MK2S and finished assembling it today. I went through calibration perfectly and successfully printed the PRUSA logo.
After this was done, I attempted to print one of the bundled models on the SD card (the triceratops, cause dinosaurs are awesome). It was fine up till about 14% completion when I left to do something else, but when I came back filament had stopped extruding.
I reloaded the filament, tried again, and the same issue happened immediately.
Reloaded the filament again, cleaned the nozzle (which was leaking a bit, for some reason).
Attempted to print again, and same issue again.
When attempting to load the filament, it sometimes stops being drawn in and the motor can't turn, and clicks repeatedly as it tries to do so.
I really don't know how to fix this, as this is very unfamiliar territory for me, so thanks for any help!

See the "Extruder stops extruding filament. (Works for a while then stops)" section of this post:
If that does not help, please comment back here and we can see what we can figure out.

Re: Filament not pulling through
Thanks for the reply; in my stress I missed the linked post.
I'm away from home over the weekend, and won't be able to work on the printer until Tuesday. I'll update you when I've made some progress.
Re: Filament not pulling through
I've finally had some time to look at the printer again.
I've gone through the first couple of steps linked to in the above post a few times now. XYZ calibration has gone smoothly each time, but when going to step 3 (setting live adjust z), I run into issues.
The first few times I needed to adjust the Pinda probe to be a better distance away, as a piece of paper would not fit without resistance under the nozzle. This only happened at this step; during calibration, I noticed no issues and the bed is undamaged.
I re-calibrated it today, and when moving the nozzle to the centre of the bed, I noticed that the right side of the bed is higher than the left.
At this point, I don't want to go any further for fear of damaging the bed. I'm worried about the nozzle dragging over the right side of the bed. What's the best way to deal with this?
Re: Filament not pulling through
It sounds like you Z carriage is not set perpendicularly in the XY frame.

Look at step 15. Figure 3. You should make sure that the Z Frame is fully set into the Y frame. This should make the nozzle be (nearly) at the same level left and right. Make sure these M10 nuts are tight on the frame.

Re: Filament not pulling through
I've now managed to get the nozzle properly calibrated, and have followed the rest of the steps on the post.
The printer's now working, thankfully! Turns out the tension screws were too tight. Anyway, now the printer's calibrated much better.
Thanks for the help!
