Filament feeding problem

Hi,

Since yesterday, all my prints were failed in the middle of the print because of the filament failed to feed.

All prints are start out correct, first layer are all OK. Just don't know why the filament will stop feeding and just hear the motor trying to push the filament but failed with a click, click sound.

Search the web and found some cases like this, so follow all the suggestions to clean the nozzle and did a cold pull with 95c. But still the filament failed to feed in the middle of the print.

One case, when I heard the click click sound, I pause the print, trigger the "Load filament" command and the command also failed with the click click sound and the filament just don't feed. Then use the "Move axis > Extruder" command to rollback the filament a bit.

And the rollback was OK. After the rollback, the "Load filament" command run OK and I can continue to print.

But after a while, the filament failed feeding again with the click click sound.

Now I'm running of of idea, please help!

Just found this thread -
https://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk2-f23/extruder-feed-problem-t2892-s50.html

If I recall correctly, this problem happened after I upgrade the firmware to 3.0.12.

Can I rollback to the previous version?

Thanks
Mike

[edit] can confirm the problem is not related to the firmware

Read the section on "Extruder stops extruding filament" : https://shop.prusa3d.com/forum/prusa-i3-kit-building-calibrating-first-print-main-f6/-before-you-ask-troubleshooting-video-updated--t472.html#p39190
