Extruder not secure
I have recently assembled my MK2S and fixed all of the initial issues I was facing. Now, however, I have come upon a weird issue which I have not found online because it seems like an easy problem to fix. My extruder keeps coming loose from the x-axis and slips down into the print, causing it to fail. I have had several successful prints, like the Prusa logo built into the SD card that comes with the printer, and several small prints of my own. However, it seems that the nozzle begins to slip about an hour into a print.
In attempts to solve the problem, I have tightened the 3 screws located on the back of the x-axis. This didn't fix the problem. The issue seems so simple to fix, and it's been hard to find any information about it. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue and/or what can be done to fix it.

the only way i can see this happening is if the extruder is incorrectly assembled
in the picture above there is a reduced diameter at the top of the heat sink with a larger diameter shoulder Aabove it. this larger shoulder should be located right at the top of the chamber, B in the plastic housing...if this shoulder is installed lower down, it will always slide out of the housing
the correct location for the heat sink is shown in the photo below.

That seemed to be the issue! After removing the front piece of the extruder assembly, I saw that the cold end was not seated properly in the holder. I ended up heating up the hot end to remove the filament, retracting the filament all the way out of the x-axis assembly, and then used needle nose pliers to slide the extruder out of the assembly, then simultaneously pushed it up and back. This way, I didn't have to remove any cables.
This ended up solving another issue I had with the calibration of the z-axis where my PINDA probe seemed to be sitting awfully low in the holder as compared to the pictures on the build guide. With moving the extruder up now in its proper position, I also had to move the PINDA probe up, which is now seated similarly to how I've seen online.
