Extruder Motor Soft Click
I'm having a little trouble with my extruder clicking when printing the V2 Calibration or any print with a lot of infill. The clicking seems to cause a little bit of underextrusion as well as a wobbly print (in the V2 Calibration case).
I have tried tensioning and loosening the idler on the filament, cleaning the hotend completely (shouldn't be the problem since the printer is brand new, and have only been printing with supplied PLA) with a cold pull as well as with the supplied needle. So it is not a problem with the hotend. The clicking sound can be heard in the following video:
I tried removing the filament completely and running the V2 Calibration, but the clicking still persisted even when not having to extrude any filament?! Following video shows this:
I'm at a loss. It seems the problems is with the stepper motor itself, but i have no idea where and how to fix it.
