Extruder drive gear Doesn't pull materiel

Hey everyone,
I'm new to Prusa, and this is my first issue:
Although the drive gear is working, it doesn't pull any filament.
I Already tried to clean the bearing with a toothpick, and to tighten the two outside Allen screws without disassembling the nozzle.

What might be the problem?

Thank you

Providing a few pictures might be of help here as well as further information..
Did you just assemble a kit and it never worked before?
Assuming it is built correctly , the hot end heating as intended, a reason for not feeding could be a clogged nozzle.

thank you Alexander.
It helped, but:
I followed the manual. I'm not sure what was the problem, but now the filament is being fed properly to the extruder which is great.

But, the extrusion that comes out of the nozzle seems to be rough textured, I'm adding pictures.
I do not know if this is acceptable performance or rather something is still wrong. .

what do you think?

BY the way, , the printer worked great for a month before this problem..

thanks again

Those blobs at the extruded filament could be humidity, maybe.
Having had a jammed nozzle as was here the case as it seems, I would heat it up way over my actual filaments temps,
press some of it through, let it cool down (still somewhat feeding) and make a "cold pull".
Do this several times and your problems should be gone...

Thank you, but now I have same but different problem:

While printing a new model, the extruder motor just stopped feeding materiel.
it seems that the motor wants to spin but its just stuck in the same position.

I figured I need to clean the nozzle again (strange, since I have done it this morning),
I tried to pull out the filament in the "cold method" (cooling the nozzle to 120 C for PLA) and pulling it out.
I'm pulling as hard as I can, using a Plier, but the filament just wont get out!
I'm afraid to do damage to the machine if ill pull harder, since I already used a great amount of force...

any suggestion?

Thank you

Hey guys,
still having issues:
the filament is not being fed to the extruder, while the print is in process. It happens regulary now: I open the clogged nozzle, the printer is fine for an hour or so, till a point which the printer just stops from being fed in filament, although the feeding wheel is turning...
The printer is qutie new, and the filament is original.

I will really appreaciate your help here, I dont know what to do.
Thank you

More information about the issue:
I tried to open the "clogged nozzle" (not sure if this is really the problem),
needle is going through the nozzle eazly, but the filament is still not being fed. tried the cold pull method, the filament was extremely tightened in, and broke a part, picture is added.
now, a small piece of filament is stuck in the nozzle, and I don't know what is the issue.

The filament is still stuck in the extruder, and the bearing is not pulling it.
