eSUN ABS+ Curling issue
So, first time ever with ABS.
eSUN ABS+. Printing temperatures on the box says 220-260.
Tried 245C and 230C
Bed 80C
Speed 60mm/s and 40mm/s
Infill 10%
No cooling fan
The first layer after the infill is curling a bit. Feels a bit scary when you hear the nozzle crashing in to these 🙂
What can i twerk to get rid of this?
The picture is from the 230C run. "45C was exactly the same.
I do not get any warp at all with this filament luckily.

Re: eSUN ABS+ Curling issue
Hello Gert!
Have you tried printing at even higher temperatures (maybe 260 C if it is possible without destroying the machine - I have another machine with 2.85 mm filament and are good to go up to 285 C - but I use a Prusa Nozzle that is not manufactured anymore)?
Could it be a bad first layer with the nozzle too high over the build plate and that is propagated to the top layer?

Re: eSUN ABS+ Curling issue
Thanks Henrik.
I lowered to 220, and made more infill. This seems to have solved the issue for me.
The recommended temp is 220-260.

This is great, it dosen't warp at all. Have no enclosure for the printer.
Haven't printed to much with it, will make some more labing and see if i can go up in temp a bit.
