Drastic Z-Shift midway up through print/banding

Good day All. Been running prints for the last 6 months or so with no issues. A couple of days ago I started seeing this shift/banding in taller prints. Using ABS, I first thought it was de-lamination, but noticed the material shifting on the back of the figure. Happens with both ABS and PLA. Glow in the dark figures were sliced with Prusa Control with stock settings and generic PLA. Did side by side comparison to show that it happens at the same point. Gray figure tho slightly better still has the banding. This was also using PLA and sliced with the Prusa3D Slic3r MK2. 215/55 Extruder/bed temps. Been reading articles where the vertical screws/rods could possibly have a bend in them. Don't see anything obvious. Looking to see if there are any other possible suggestions?

Thanks.. Pete

Maybe a loose belt?

Issue Solved. Thanks for the suggestions. Ends up the Y Pulley set screws were just loose enough to create a shift at various times.

The screws that screw the belt holder to the underside of the print bed?
